Detail & Level Survey

All projects should begin with a Detail & Level Survey. This will identify structures, elevations, relevant features and easements. All clients will receive a copy of the Title, Deposited Plan and Cadastral Records Enquiry.

 

NLA/GLAR

A Net Lettable Area and a Gross Lettable Area Retail survey indicates the exact amount of leasing space available. It is imperative to engage a surveyor to maximise leasing revenue.

Identification Survey

If you’re worried about any encroachments on your lot or if you’re requred to submit a report and plan showing built structures in relation to the boundary, an Identification Survey is what you need.

 

Internal Floor Plan

Floor plan surveys are usually requested by Interior Designers. By engaging a surveyor, you eliminate any inaccuracies and are able to begin the design stage immediately.

Setout Survey

A setout survey is the procedure of physically marking out boundaries as well as proposed structures. It essentially transfers 2D plans to real life points. It is critical to have a setout survey conducted to ensure you do not encroach or even build over your boundary.

 

As-Built/Check Survey

We offer As-Built surveys as well as Check Surveys to our clients as it is essential to be aware of the position of your building during the construction phase. It is a lot less expensive to correct issues during construction than it is at the end of the project.
